Zoup!

We placed an order online for 2 u pick 2 combos it was supposed to be white chicken chili. When we sat down to eat the chili was like a broth with veggies. I called and spoke to a person that said she was the manager. I explained that the chili was a broth with veggies. She said "I don't know what you want me to do, I don't know how to refund online orders" She then said " I'm looking at the chili now it is not watery" First I never asked for a refund. 2nd could we have been given the wrong soup? She could have apologized and asked if I wanted to bring it back and get the thick chili? Whatever happened to customer service. We probably were given the wrong soup. Issue is Customer Service There was no resolution to my problem. Customer service and the soup rating was poor. Educate your managers and servers on Good Customer Service or you may get a lot more complaints. You lost a customer I will drive to the one on northwestern Hwy before coming here again.

The staff was nice. The soup was okay, I ordered the chicken pit pie soup, and it was a little salty to me. If you ever go to Pot Belly, try their version. In my opinion, it's way better. My daughter got the kids' meal, which came with 8oz soup, a bag of gold fish, and a juice box for like 7 dollars. She enjoyed the soup, I tasted it it was pretty good.

There has not been a time when we have gone to this restaurant, and not been pleased with the menu options. Whenever, you don’t know what to eat for lunch and/or dinner, and you are tired of eating the same things, then a nice cup of soup from Zoup! will always full the stomach, and please your taste palette. (Customer Service) is always professional, is courteous, and helpful. I’ve never been disappointed when I’m making this option. especially, since full prices are so high and unfortunately, it seems like the higher cost always fall on the consumer. It’s refreshing to be able to go to a restaurant purchasing meal that’s pleasing, and at the same time you’re satisfied with having made that investment. There are numerous restaurants out here that will never get another damn dime out of me. Whether, it’s because of poor customer service, or the quality of food is not that great, or the newest thing now is as they’re inflating their prices, They’re literally decreasing the portions that they once to use to give/offer. So now we’re not only paying more for the cost of the same foods that we typically buy when we eat out, but now some of these restaurants are giving you less than what they normally served while charging the customers more! I’m personally just tired of it! So, when my family does eat out, it is well thought out, and we try to choose places that we know, where we’re not only gonna enjoy the food, but we know that we’re going to get good customer service, and decent food portion sizes.

I came to this location for the first time on 12-03-2019. I went with the Try Two option. Fire Roasted Tomato Bisque and The Turkey & Bacon Club. The soup and sandwich were fantastic. I had their vintage lemonade. I didn't know that was a thing. However, it was terrific. It was pretty busy, but I was able to order pretty quickly and got my food pretty quick. It has plenty of seats to dine in, and when warm weather hits, they have outdoor seating as well.

Was feeling a soup and a sandwich, and never been here before so gave it a shot. Got the chicken pot pie soup and chicken Toscana sandwich. I will say, the sandwich tasted great but was prepared with way too much sauce, the sandwich ended up falling apart and was super messy to eat, had to use a fork. I think with less sauce it would have been awesome. The chicken pot pie soup was a little more gloopy than I thought it would be, I thought it would be more chunks of vegetables and chicken, but I suppose the taste was good as well. Overall it was solid, and filling, I think the pick 2 is a good deal. But just fell a little bit short of being 5 stars imo.
